The OCD, Tourette's and Anxiety Clinic was founded in 1997 by our current chief, Kelda Walsh, M.D. Our clinic is based on a cognitive-behavioral and medical model. We also conduct research in childhood anxiety, OCD and Tourette's Disorder. Dr. Walsh has had extensive training in both anxiety disorders and cognitive-behavioral therapy. She is a graduate of Indiana University School of Medicine, Sarah Harris, LCSW, MSSW, has been a member of the clinic since 1999, and is trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy for children. Prior to this, Mrs. Harris worked as an outpatient therapist in a mental health clinic and as a crisis counselor. The goal of our clinic is to tailor a treatment program to meet the needs of each client. Psychiatrists, therapists and ancillary staff members work together to meet this goal. Our clinic primarily utilizes cognitive-behavioral therapies. We also use medications if needed. WE provide second opinions, consultations, evaluations and treatment. Our clinic also provides education about OCD, Tourette's and anxiety disorders to interested groups in Indiana. We provide presentations and seminars to schools, mental health fairs and support groups. For more information...For more information please call: (317) 274-8162 or |
