INVITATION FOR PHOTOGRAPHY SUBMISSIONS

Riley Hospital for Children staff, patients, families and photography enthusiasts are invited to participate in photos for health, an exciting opportunity to contribute artistically to the Simon Family Tower by creating a healing environment for all whom enter.

You are invited to submit your original digital photographs to be considered for permanent display at the Simon Family Tower. The photography collection theme will feature animals and ecosystems. Animal images can include, but are not limited to, residents of the Indianapolis Zoo, colorful fish, birds, wildlife or even your pets! Ecosystem images can include oceans, beaches, rivers, savannas, rainforests and mountains.

photos for health is a unique art initiative designed for Clarian Health's newest facilities including the Indiana University Melvin and Bren Simon Cancer Center, Fairbanks Hall, Clarian Arnett Hospital and now, the Simon Family Tower. The result is a one-of-a-kind, community-based art project that will provide pleasure to Riley patients, families, visitors and staff for years to come.

The deadline for submission is January 18, 2009 and photos including images of people will not be accepted. Photos may be submitted at www.photosforhealth.com.
