IndyGo is the public bus service in Indianapolis. To travel to Riley Hospital for Children, you can take Route 3, 10 or 37. The bus stop is located outside of the Emergency Room entrance along Wishard Blvd.

The Cardinal train runs from Chicago to New York three days per week with Reserved Coach and Sleeper Car service and services the following cities in Indiana, Illinois and Ohio listed from north to south:
