Daniel L. Fink, FACHE, CMPE
Daniel L. Fink is president and chief executive officer at Riley Hospital for Children. His duties include leading Riley Hospital's executive team, as well as overseeing the daily operations of Riley Hospital and Riley Hospital for Children at Methodist Hospital. In addition, Mr. Fink is responsible for implementation of Riley Hospital's strategic plan; developing clinical programs; establishing and monitoring managerial performance benchmarks; cultivating a more robust statewide network of pediatric services; and planning of the Simon Family Tower – a 675,000 square-foot, 10-story inpatient tower that will increase access to Riley Hospital's expert care, highlighting its role as the state's preeminent medical provider.
Mr. Fink has an extensive background in health care management including serving in various executive capacities at three health care systems in Texas – Cook Children's Health Care Systems, Charlton Methodist and Methodist Hospitals of Dallas – most recently serving as president of Cook Children's Health Plan. Mr. Fink is a fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives; a Certified Medical Practice Executive by the American College of Medical Practice Executives; and a member of the Indiana Healthcare Executives Network.

Jeffrey L. Sperring, MD
Jeff Sperring is chief medical officer at Riley Hospital for Children. As a member of the executive team, Dr. Sperring represents the medical staff with a focus on operations, clinical efficiency, quality of care and patient safety. In addition, he plays an important part in the strategic planning process by identifying areas for growth so Riley Hospital continues to be ranked among the nation's top children's hospitals. As a former community pediatrician, Dr. Sperring puts a priority on developing and maintaining relationships with Riley's community partners around the state of Indiana.
Dr. Sperring's clinical interests are in pediatric hospital medicine. He serves as the national co-chair for the Academic Pediatric Association's Hospital Medicine SIG and has presented at several national meetings for pediatric hospitalists. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Sperring has received several teaching awards including the Morris Green Faculty Teaching Award after his first year on faculty and a Trustee Teaching Award in 2006. Dr. Sperring is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and a member of the Academic Pediatric Association, American Academy of Pediatrics and Society of Hospital Medicine.

Marilyn L. Cox, RN, MSN
Marilyn L. Cox is senior vice president and chief nursing officer at Riley Hospital for Children. As a member of the executive team, Ms. Cox oversees nursing operations at Riley Hospital's 280-staffed beds, as well as 99-staffed beds at Riley Hospital for Children at Methodist Hospital. In addition, she works directly with the Indiana University School of Medicine chief of pediatrics and other pediatric medical faculty on the development and implementation of clinical programs at Riley Hospital.
Ms. Cox is a published author and skilled presenter on topics ranging from Synergy Model for Patient Care to nurse retention in a pediatric setting. She is a member of the Indiana State Nurses Association; Sigma Theta Tau International; Society for Pediatric Nursing; and the American Organization of Nurse Executives. Ms. Cox also serves in an advisory capacity to the Marian College School of Nursing in Indianapolis, and the Clinical/Community Advisory Committee for the Indiana University School of Nursing.
